A date has not yet fixed; a judge has not appointed,&#8221; it has been reported to &#8220;Interfax-West&#8221;, in the court of Zavodskii District.<\/p>\n<p>Irina Khalip, Sergei Martselev and Pavel Severinets are charged under Part 1, Article 342 of the Criminal Code of Belarus &#8211; &#8220;participation in activities or organization of actions violating public order. &#8221; Pavel Severinets and Sergei Martselau are in custody, Irina Khalip is under house arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier Irina Khalip, Sergei Martselev and Pavel Severinets were charged with &#8220;rioting&#8221; (Article 293 of the Criminal Code of Belarus), which has provision for a punishment of imprisonment for a period of up to 15 years.
