Sannikov, Marina Kovalevskaya, reported to &#8220;Interfax West&#8221;, an appeal has today been sent by his defence to the Criminal Division of Minsk City Court. &#8220;This is a preliminary application. A more detailed appeal will be made after reading the protocol, which we have not yet been provided,&#8221; said M. Kovalevskaya. <\/p>\n<p>The lawyer recalled that last week, A. Sannikov also lodged an appeal.
