Natalya Radina has left the country

The editor of charter97.org, Natalya Radina, is out of reach of the Belarusian KGB.

Natalya herself informed charter97.org of the fact. At the present time she is abroad in a safe place.

On 31 March she had to appear for interrogation before a KGB investigator in Minsk. There, probably, the final charges would have been made against her in the case “Square-2010”. Without waiting for that, Natalya took the decision to leave Belarus.

We remind you that the journalist, who had spent more than a month in the KGB prison and then was in “exile” in Kobrin under an undertaking not to leave there, has been charged under two parts of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Belarus (“Mass riots”). She faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.

Natalya Radina will herself describe the details of her escape in the very near future.
