Freed: A member of the rally of solidarity with Zmitser Dashkevich
On 9 August a second participant of the action of solidarity with Dashkevich and an activist of the civil campaign "European Belarus", Alyaksei Sanchyla, was released from Drybin detention centre.
On 3 August the judge of the Gorki District Court, Stanislau Lyashenka, punished the young man for taking part in an unsanctioned picket in an administrative building with detention for seven days in penal colony No. 9. It is in this Gorki prison that Zmitser Dashkevich is serving his sentence.
